Kingsway ‘occupations’ on the up and up!

There are now over 730 homes occupied on Kingsway, Gloucestershire’s leading homes, jobs and leisure destination, located on the A38, just south of Gloucester.

From June 9th the ‘Bus Bollard’ at one of the entrances onto Kingsway will be operating again. After that date there will again be NO ENTRY for all other motor vehicles via this route onto the development.

What a year in store!

This will certainly be a busy year here on Kingsway. The first residents are well and truly settled in on new Neighbourhoods 2 and 3…with homes for sale there right now!

Work on the new school continues and exciting plans for the Local Centre, with its shops and pub restaurant, and the new Business Park are both well to the fore.

It’ll be a great year here on Kingsway for sure!
