Now arriving - Neighbourhoods 2&3

With hundreds of occupations having already taken place on Kingsway Neighbourhood 1, sales are now underway on Neighbourhoods 2&3.

Bryant Homes is to build 107 homes, Persimmon a total of 286 properties and George Wimpey will construct 295, which will be split between the company’s Bristol and Swindon regional operations.

Other companies developing on Kingsway’s next two Neighbourhoods are Barratt Homes with 60 homes and two companies that have not built on the development thus far - Droitwich based Lioncourt Homes, which is planning to build 161 homes, and the Midlands Division of Miller Homes, scheduled to construct 125 properties. Homes within these new Neighbourhoods are available for reservation now.

A wide range of properties will be developed on these two new Neighbourhoods. Each house builder is creating diverse properties in order to suit every lifestyle. There will be 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, three-storey townhouses and also more traditionally built 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom homes.

All the homes - as with the first Neighbourhood of Kingsway - are being sympathetically designed to create an attractive, vibrant modern day living environment in step with the way we live our lives today.

The homes in the new Neighbourhoods will continue to reflect the needs and aspirations of today’s homeowners, not just through their interior layout and design, but also in terms of setting and street scene.

Marketing suites and Showhomes are open and more will follow shortly as the development of Neighbourhoods 2&3 continues into next year.
